I am a singer-songwriter. For nearly 20 years I have led The Honeydogs. My various projects afford me an opportunity to explore different musical styles and identities: rock, psychedelia, folk, soul, the avant-garde, jazz, children’s music, and orchestral pop. I consider myself a “musical archeologist” and have spent my life studying the history of music, the art of songwriting and finding ways to create unique music. I love teaching.
Politics, history and culture inform the art I make and form a large part of who I am. Sometimes I can’t shut up.
